Community Standards
Effective April 26, 2026
Anchor exists to help two people walk faithfully together. To keep it a safe and gentle place, we hold a clear standard for what may be sent between partners.
What is not allowed
- Harassment, threats, or intimidation of any kind.
- Hate speech or content that attacks people based on who they are.
- Sexual content of any kind, and any content that involves a minor.
- Content that promotes self-harm or harm to others.
- Spam, scams, or commercial solicitation.
- Content that infringes someone else's rights.
How we respond to reports
Every message in your walk has a quiet way to report it. Reports come directly to our moderators and are reviewed within 24 hours. Depending on what we find, we may:
- Remove the reported message.
- Warn the sender.
- Suspend or permanently remove the sender's account.
You can also end and block a partner at any time from Walk settings. Blocking immediately ends the walk and prevents that person from re-pairing with you.
How to report a message
Open a conversation in the Walk tab, tap the flag beside the message you'd like to report, and choose a reason. You can add a short note. We will not share your report with the other person.
